Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong understanding of production chemistry, completions chemistry, and midstream chemical applications (corrosion, scale, H2S, drag reduction).
• Ability to identify cost‑saving opportunities by integrating chemical performance data, field observations, and vendor inputs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and optimize chemical programs across Production, Completions and Midstream operations.
• Diagnose production challenges (emulsion, scale, corrosion, paraffin, flow‑assurance) and recommend chemical/operational solutions.
• Collaborate with Midstream/Infrastructure on corrosion control, H2S mitigation, and pipeline/facility needs; develop Power BI dashboards.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on system performance, chemical programs, and costs.
• Provide chemical support to field operations with routine site visits to batteries, SWDs, and frac locations.
