Requirements: A bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Polymer Engineering, or a related discipline and at least three years of relevant engineering experience are required. Candidates should have strong chemical-process knowledge, analytical and problem-solving skills, project management and communication abilities, and the capacity to work across teams in a manufacturing environment.
