Job summary

Stantec is seeking a highly motivated Chemical EIT to join our industrial water team in the United States. You will contribute to process calculations, P&IDs, hydraulic analysis, and project documentation within a multidisciplinary Water practice.

Ideal candidates will have ABET-accredited engineering credentials and be pursuing or have obtained EIT, with strong writing and communication skills and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Must have ABET-accredited engineering degree (Bachelor or Master).
• EIT or ability to obtain within 12 months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Develop process calculations, P&IDs, heat and mass balances.
• Perform hydraulic calculations and develop engineering lists and data sheets.
• Write performance specifications and project cost estimates (engineering and capital).
• Meet scope, schedule, and budget requirements; support site inspections and commissioning.
