Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Process Operator III to operate and maintain a chemical clean line for removing contaminants from parts around the aluminum dip braze process. This role involves applying chemical film (iridite) and ensuring compliance with strict military and aerospace standards.

You will follow detailed instructions, inspect parts for quality, record process information, and work with safety equipment and PPE to maintain a safe, efficient facility.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in the area of responsibility.
• Interest in hands-on manufacturing or chemical processing.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety.
• Comfortable around chemicals with full training and safety equipment provided.
• Willingness to work weekend shift and be part of a dependable team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain a chemical clean line to remove contaminants from parts before and after the aluminum dip braze process.
• Perform chemical film (iridite) application to treated parts per military and aerospace standards.
• Follow detailed work instructions and safety protocols when handling chemicals and process tanks.
• Inspect parts for cleanliness, surface finish, and proper coating.
• Record process information and support quality and production teams.
• Wear PPE and strictly follow chemical handling procedures.
• Keep work area clean, organized, and compliant with environmental and safety regulations.
