Job summary

Brenntag North America, Inc. is seeking a Production Operator to safely handle liquid and dry chemical products, load/unload trucks, operate forklifts, repackage materials, and maintain precise inventory records in a fast-paced facility.

The role emphasizes accuracy, quality, safety, and adherence to regulatory requirements, with opportunities for growth within a stability-focused company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or US military experience.
• Possess or able to pass forklift certification.
• Ability to read, comprehend and carry out detailed and simple instructions in English.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure.
• Ability to learn and operate technology-based devices such as smart phones, tablets, computers, PLCs, operational technology equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage process equipment to produce blended, diluted, and manufactured final products in a safe and efficient manner.
• Receive/unload and prepare/load liquids and dry chemicals from/to trucks, tankers, and railcars.
• Operate powered and manual forklifts to transport product in the warehouse.
• Repackage product into proper containers for storage or shipment with proper labeling.
• Maintain accurate receiving/shipping logs and assist in inventory counts.
• Perform general maintenance and ensure warehouse safety and cleanliness.
