As a high‑growth, team‑oriented organization, we are committed to operational excellence, continuous improvement, and doing the right thing—every day. Join a company where trust, accountability, and teamwork drive results.

Position Summary

The Blending Operator II is responsible for safely and accurately producing chemical products according to established specifications while maintaining high standards for quality, safety, and efficiency. This role requires a disciplined approach to following processes, a strong sense of ownership for outcomes, and an active mindset toward improving how work is done. Blending Operator IIs are expected to support 6S practices, work with data, and contribute to continuous process improvement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Read, understand, and follow blending and mixing specifications with discipline and precision to ensure consistent, high-quality finished products
  • Execute established processes consistently, trusting that standard work and repeatability are essential for quality and continuous improvement
  • Mix products for specified durations and monitor the process to ensure proper control, adjusting or escalating concerns as needed
  • Take ownership of assigned work by seeing tasks through to completion and ensuring results meet expectations
  • Actively monitor product quality, raw materials, and equipment; immediately stop work and notify supervision when quality or safety issues are identified
  • Accurately record production data, work orders, batch information, and production times to support traceability and data-driven decisions
  • Apply correct labels and documentation to finished products
  • Operate a forklift to unload incoming chemical shipments (when certified)
  • Maintain 6S standards by keeping work areas clean, organized, safe, and clearly labeled at all times
  • Use data, observations, and firsthand experience to identify opportunities for process improvement and support corrective actions
  • Communicate proactively with supervisors and teammates—sharing issues, updates, and concerns early to avoid surprises
  • Treat company resources, equipment, and materials with care and leave the work area in better condition than it was found
  • Comply with all OSHA, EPA, local regulatory requirements, and company safety policies
  • Perform other duties as assigned; management retains the discretion to modify responsibilities as business needs evolve

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to take personal responsibility for quality, safety, and results
  • Ability and willingness to work as part of a production team that values trust, accountability, and collaboration
  • Comfortable following standardized processes while also seeking to understand the “why” behind them
  • Willingness to work assigned hours and overtime as needed
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand or sit for extended periods of time
  • Regularly required to stoop, crouch, reach, walk, twist, bend, and perform repetitive tasks
  • Ability to use hands for grasping, pushing, pulling, and fine manipulation
  • Ability to lift and carry materials weighing up to 75 pounds
  • May be required to climb ladders or access elevated work areas

At CSI and National Carwash Solutions, we believe great results come from great behaviors. In this role, you are expected to:

  • Own the outcome of your work and focus on solutions, not blame
  • Honor commitments by delivering consistent, high-quality work and communicating early when challenges arise
  • Push information proactively so teammates and leaders are informed and supported
  • Let data decide by relying on facts, metrics, and clear evidence to guide decisions and improvements
  • Seek to understand existing processes, respectfully challenge the status quo, and propose better ways of working
  • Practice blameless problem solving with positive intent and a team‑first mindset
  • Value the best idea, regardless of where it comes from, and check ego at the door
  • Own your development through curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement
  • Embrace change as an opportunity to grow and move from good to great

Grow your career supported by an energized and passionate team, professional development, training, flexibility, and opportunities for advancement. We offer competitive wages and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, a matching 401(k), paid time off, and more.
