Responsibilities

• Follow batch records from start to production.
• Verify components and confirm inventory before batching; stage materials as needed.
• Execute batch instructions and sample batches at multiple stages.
• Perform quality checks and adjust batches based on results.
• Troubleshoot and rebuild batching equipment as needed.
• Control waste and transfer to holding tank; maintain housekeeping.
