You will be paired with a mentor and contribute to projects that optimize facilities, support turnarounds, deploy new technologies, and use data analytics to improve process operations and safety.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemical engineering.
• Strong academic performance in core programs, communication, leadership, teamwork and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Support operating facilities through application of technical engineering knowledge and project management.
• Assist in optimizing facilities to deliver maximum value safely and reliably.
• Provide technical engineering support for turnarounds and projects.
• Develop and deploy technologies to reduce carbon and increase efficiency.
• Use digitalization and data analytics to improve process operations and safety.
