Job description

Position Overview:

As a key member of our onboard team, you are an essential talent for coordination — nothing functions without your expertise! You play a vital role in the operation of the ship and set the course for your team.

1. Decision-maker in administration, responsible for ensuring smooth processes in both front and back office areas.
2. Responsible for Crew & Chief Purser duties aboard the Expeditionary Fleet.
3. Accountable for Ship's Clearance, Ship's Cashbook, Passenger/Crew accounting, Passenger/Crew data management, and Reception (Front & Back Office).
4. Control and enforce quality standards within your area of responsibility.
5. Serve as the contact person for passengers and crew.
6. Motivate the team to achieve excellent performance.
7. Responsible for protecting confidential data.
8. Contract duration: 3-6 months, with the possibility of extension after individual consultation.

What we are looking for in you:

• Several years of experience in the administration of the upscale hotel industry, including onboard experience on a cruise ship.
• Team spirit, willingness to perform, resilience, and reliability.
• Discretion and a high level of social skills.
• Experience in complaint management.
• Well-groomed appearance and a confident, professional demeanor towards guests and authorities.
• Fluent in German and English (spoken and written); additional languages are a plus.
