Job description

ICA is currently seeking an online German Language Instructor. The candidates should have at least two years of experience teaching the target language in a proficiency-oriented environment to adult students on an intensive basis.

Candidates must be US Citizens

1. Period of performance: 5/19/25 - 6/22/25
2. Schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays - 5:30 pm - 7:30 pm
3. Training hours: 20 instructional hours (no prep)
4. Total hours: Students can request additional 20-hour blocks of hours, but must be able to commit to completing all hours by program end date of 6/22/25
5. Training type: Acquisition
6. Number of students: 1
7. Rate: $22.00-$23.00
8. The training program will include homework activities and should focus on developing language skills such as speaking, listening, reading, writing, vocabulary, grammar, pronunciation, and culture.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Two years of full-time experience teaching adult students
2. Bachelor's degree in a related field
3. Native speaker of German
4. Teaching experience with Zoom online platform preferred
