Job summary

HHS Culinary and Nutrition Solutions, LLC (USA) is seeking a seasoned culinary leader to join our healthcare food service team. You will guide a skilled kitchen, ensure safety and quality, and craft menus that reflect contemporary trends while managing cost and compliance.

You will recruit and train staff, supervise day-to-day operations, and coordinate forecasting, inventory, and scheduling to meet budget targets. A strong culinary background and leadership presence are essential for success.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree from an accredited culinary program; 5+ years experience as sous/executive chef in fine dining, hotels/resorts, country clubs, or healthcare/senior living.
  • Must be willing to relocate for promotion opportunities.
  • Proficiency in languages other than English (bonus).

Responsibilities

  • Build a well-trained and motivated team delivering high-quality food while upholding safety and sanitation.
  • Develop menus aligned with current market trends.
  • Lead recruiting, training, scheduling, and assignments for team members.
  • Maintain quality control and compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Forecasting, recipe costing, inventory, and budget compliance.
