We understand that a Chef’s role involves more than just food. It requires skills, dedication, patience, and the right opportunities. We’re seeking a Chef Manager to help us deliver excellent customer service and food experiences. Reporting to the General Manager, you will focus on team development, culinary expertise, safety protocols, and client relations. You will also play a key role in meeting budget requirements and executing company programs.

Train and manage kitchen staff and supervise culinary activities
Estimate food needs and manage purchasing
Develop and standardize recipes to ensure quality
Set presentation and quality standards, plan and price menus
Maintain equipment and ensure safety and sanitation in the kitchen
Oversee catering events and provide culinary instruction or demonstrations

2-3 years of experience in a related role
2-3 years of post-high school education or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of food principles and practices
Experience in managing people and solving problems
Excellent communication skills
