You will actively cook while overseeing daily kitchen operations, delivering high-quality meals, and guiding the kitchen team to ensure a consistent dining experience for residents.

Ideal candidates have 3–5+ years in kitchen operations or culinary leadership, with Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager experience, strong knowledge of dietary

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in kitchen operations or culinary leadership.
• Experience as Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, Chef Manager, or similar.
• Knowledge of menu planning and dietary needs.
• ServSafe or similar food safety certification preferred.
• Strong organization and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and meal service execution.
• Prepare and cook meals alongside the team.
• Supervise kitchen staff and ensure quality, consistency, and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and basic food cost control.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and HACCP standards.
• Support scheduling and day-to-day team coordination.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
• Assist with special events, themed meals, and community functions.
