You will lead a culinary team, balance menu standards with dietary needs, and ensure safety, sanitation, and efficient operations in a structured senior living environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of experience in kitchen operations and culinary leadership.
• Experience as Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or Chef Manager preferred.
• Strong understanding of food preparation, kitchen workflow, and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily kitchen operations and meal service execution.
• Prepare and cook meals alongside the team per menu standards.
• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure quality and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service.
• Manage inventory, ordering, and basic food cost control.
• Ensure health, safety, sanitation, and HACCP compliance.
• Support scheduling and day-to-day team coordination.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment.
