Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in contract foodservice management with inventory, purchasing, and scheduling.
• Experience in exposition cooking, catering, and meal planning preferred.
• Current ServSafe certification.
• Experience within a P&L environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Computer skills with MS Office.
• Successfully pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Oversee culinary operations including purchasing, inventory, and production.
• Lead scheduling, training, and supervision of staff.
• Maintain food safety, sanitation, and cost control to budget.
• Ensure menus are created and updated weekly.
• Meet reporting deadlines and manage invoices and financial statements.
