Job summary

Unidine is hiring a Chef Manager to lead both culinary and food service operations. You will oversee inventory, ordering, receiving, and menu development with a focus on local sourcing and cost controls. A strong knowledge of HACCP and a background in healthcare or senior living is preferred.

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HACCP
• Three years of culinary experience with at least 1 year of managerial experience
• At least 1 year of healthcare or senior living experience
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and presentation
• Experience with exposition cooking
• P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience desirable
• ServSafe certification is a plus
