Job summary

A high school diploma, 5+ years' experience, ServSafe, a valid driver's license, and fluent English are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 5+ years as Chef Manager in restaurant/hotel with emphasis on menu development, cost control and inventory management.
• Supervisory skills and knowledge of food preparation and quality control procedures.
• HACCP knowledge and implementation experience.
• ServSafe certification within 30 days of hire.
• Knowledge of food production equipment and operations.
• Must work in English; valid driver’s license with clean record.
