Job Summary

This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic company. We are looking for a growth-oriented Chef Manager to oversee culinary and food service operations, ensuring success in both areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage culinary operations, including inventory, ordering, and receiving
  • Maintain knowledge of P&L accountability; experience in contract-managed services is desirable
  • Develop menus, control costs, handle purchasing and inventory, with an emphasis on sourcing local products
  • Passionate about sustainability
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of HACCP standards
  • Minimum of three years’ culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings, with inventory and purchasing expertise
  • Up-to-date knowledge of food and catering trends, focusing on quality, sanitation, food costs, and presentation
  • Experience with exposition cooking
  • Understanding of P&L management; contract service experience is a plus
  • ServSafe certification is advantageous
