Job Summary

We are seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager to oversee our expanding business. In this role, you will be responsible for the success of both culinary and food service operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the full culinary operation, including inventory, ordering, and receiving.
2. Maintain knowledge of P&L accountability; experience in contract-managed services is desirable.
3. Develop menus, control costs, purchase, and manage inventory, with a focus on sourcing local food products.
4. Demonstrate a passion for sustainability.

Preferred Qualifications

• Working knowledge of HACCP.
• At least three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant settings, with inventory and purchasing expertise.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends, including quality, sanitation, food costs, and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking.
• Knowledge of P&L and contract-managed service experience is a plus.
• ServSafe certification is advantageous.
