Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage all culinary aspects, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.

4. Promote sustainable practices in food sourcing and operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Minimum 3 years of culinary management experience in contract food service, fine dining, or restaurant settings.
2. Knowledgeable in HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.
3. Proven expertise in inventory control, purchasing, and managing food costs.
4. Experience with exhibition cooking and catering trends.
5. ServSafe certification preferred.
