Job Summary

Join our growing company as a Chef Manager, where you'll oversee both culinary operations and food service management. We're seeking a growth-oriented professional committed to excellence, sustainability, and innovative menu development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all culinary aspects, including inventory management, ordering, and receiving.

• Develop and implement menus with emphasis on local ingredients, cost control, and quality.

• Maintain P&L accountability and ensure profitability.

• Promote sustainable practices in food sourcing and operations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of culinary management experience in contract food service, fine dining, or restaurant settings.

• Knowledgeable in HACCP guidelines and food safety standards.

• Proven expertise in inventory control, purchasing, and managing food costs.

• Experience with exhibition cooking and catering trends.

• ServSafe certification preferred.
