Role Overview

Sodexo Live! has an exciting opportunity for a Chef Manager who will support a large commissary kitchen operation that delivers thousands of ready-to-eat meals to our local clients.

Working in the metro Atlanta area with our commissary team, this Chef Manager will oversee the production of baked goods/pastries and other food items packed for delivery and distribution. We are seeking candidates with prior culinary supervisory skills and hands-on food production experience to join our team.

Sodexo Live! provides hospitality services to airport lounges, stadiums, arenas, convention and conference centers, zoos, museums, and more. What You'll Do
  • work a 1pm - 9pm shift;
  • be responsible for menu compliance, baking/cooking, food production, food quality/presentation, safety/sanitation;
  • ensure Sodexo Culinary standards including recipe compliance and food quality are implemented;
  • have the ability and willingness to develop and motivate team members to embrace culinary innovations;
  • ensure food safety, sanitation and workplace safety standards (HACCP); and/or
  • have working knowledge of automated food inventory, ordering, production and management systems (Excel Spreadsheets);
  • direct the activities of 10-15 associates;
  • oversee administrative duties including: employee schedules, hours and payroll.
