  • Plan menus, develop specials, and ensure fresh, appealing, high-quality food offerings
  • Manage food cost, production planning, ordering, inventory, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
  • Build strong relationships with clients, guests, and team members
  • Coordinate catering needs and support special events as needed
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day café operations, guest experience, and brand standards

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced and service-driven Chef Manager to lead our on-site corporate café. In this role, you’ll oversee daily café operations while inspiring your team to deliver warm hospitality and high-quality meals that make our guests feel welcome and valued.

This is a great opportunity for a chef who enjoys creativity, leadership, and work-life balance — without the late nights or weekend restaurant hours.

What You’ll Do
  • Lead and mentor the café culinary and service team, fostering a positive, people-first culture

What We’re Looking For
  • Strong background in culinary leadership (Chef, Sous Chef, Kitchen Manager, or similar)
  • Experience in corporate dining, healthcare, higher Ed, hospitality, or restaurant management preferred
  • Passion for team development and a positive, encouraging leadership style
  • Ability to balance hands-on cooking with administrative and leadership responsibilities
  • ServSafe certification (or willingness to obtain)
