Unidine Healthcare seeks a growth-minded Chef Manager to lead both culinary and food service operations within our healthcare portfolio. You will oversee kitchen teams, menu development, inventory, purchasing, and cost controls, with a focus on local sourcing and sustainability. Strong HACCP knowledge and contract foodservice experience are preferred.

The role emphasizes leadership in a hospital/healthcare setting, ensuring quality, compliance, and patient and guest satisfaction across sites.

Qualifications

• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• Proficient in menu development, cost controls, purchasing and inventory with a focus on sourcing and utilizing local food products.
• Passion for sustainability and quality in food service.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Must have a working knowledge of HACCP
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge and control
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation
• Experience with exposition cooking needed
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable
• ServSafe certified is a plus
