Job summary

Unidine Healthcare, part of Compass Group USA, is seeking a growth-minded Chef Manager for our healthcare food service operations. You will be responsible for the success of both culinary and food service, leading teams and ensuring quality, safety, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include full culinary management, inventory, purchasing, cost controls, local sourcing, and a sustainability focus. Preferred: HACCP knowledge, 3 years of culinary management in contract foodservice, strong

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of HACCP.
• Three years of culinary management experience in contract foodservice, fine dining setting, or restaurant with inventory and purchasing knowledge.
• Extensive knowledge of food and catering trends with a focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls, and presentation.
• Experience with exposition cooking.
• Knowledge of P&L accountability and contract-managed service experience is desirable.
• ServSafe certification is a plus.
