Eataly North America invites an experienced Chef Instructor to lead on-site cooking classes and culinary events in our La Scuola program. You will teach, plan and execute menus for private and public groups, coordinating with the Education & Events team and Executive Chef.
The role involves overseeing event kitchens, training prep cooks and line cooks, and ensuring health and quality standards while engaging guests with Italian cuisine and culture.

Eataly’s on-site cooking school, La Scuola, is a place where people can learn about and experience Italian cuisine through unique cooking classes and private events. The Events and Education Chef oversees programming in La Scuola: teaching, planning, preparing and managing all events.
Reports to the Executive Chef. Works closely with the Events and Education Team and manages kitchen staff for events including prep cooks and line cooks.
Compensation: Pay range is set at $50,000 - $55,000 a year.
