Our classes are meant to feel like an outing as much as a lesson — guests come to try something new, in a social, low‑pressure setting, at venues worth the trip. Classes are beginner‑friendly; most guests have never taken a cooking class before, and that’s exactly the point.
Handmade pasta, French pastry, dumplings, sushi, paella — or a cuisine that’s your own. We build the class list around instructors’ strengths, not the other way around.
