HUB International is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams in Canada and the U.S. You will oversee project planning, execution, and delivery of multi-channel campaigns related to benefits communications.

Strong bilingual communication, organizational skills, and public speaking are essential to drive on-time results. You will collaborate with accounts, writers, and designers to ensure timely production, manage vendor partners, and present updates to

Competenze

• Bilingual in French and English required.
• At least two years of project management experience.
• Public speaking and presentation skills.
• Experience with project management software such as Monday.com is a plus.
• Familiarity with employee benefits is a plus.
• Proficient with Outlook and the Microsoft Office suite.

Mansioni

• Plan, execute, control and close projects.
• Maintain continuous communication and act as single point of contact for accounts during implementation.
• Manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously.
• Create and execute project tasks, revising tasks as needed.
• Review and format Excel source documents.
• Lead the C&D Canada Concierge segment, collaborating with benefits teams and client discovery calls.
• Present offers and updates to internal teams to ensure clarity and buy-in.
• Manage third-party vendors, coordinating and evaluating performance.
