Job summary

The St. Joe Resort Operations is seeking a Chef de Partie to manage a specific kitchen station, ensuring high-quality dishes are prepared and delivered on time in a fast-paced environment.

You will supervise a small team, maintain hygiene, train staff, monitor inventory, and support health and safety compliance while collaborating with Head and Sous Chefs. Candidates should have significant kitchen experience and ServSafe certification; strong English communication and leadership are essential

Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook and present high quality dishes within the station.
• Oversee your kitchen section and team.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of work area.
• Assist Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu development and recipes.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed.
• Monitor inventory and supplies for your station.
