Due to expansion, we are looking for talented chefs of all levels to join our growing family.

Position Details:

1. Work with our Executive Chef Aleandro Brown (The Ritz, Sketch & Gordon Ramsay).
2. Up to £18.00 per hour depending on experience.
3. Busy iconic restaurant and cocktail bar.
4. 40 covers for lunch, 120+ for dinner.
5. Full and part-time positions available.
6. Located in the iconic Gantry Hotel in Stratford.
7. 40/45 hours per week.
8. Opportunities to progress into management.

Candidate Requirements:

1. Passionate, career-driven chefs of all levels.
2. Experience working in busy upmarket establishments.
3. At least 2 years of experience in a busy fresh food restaurant.
4. Well-organized with the ability to work well within a large team.
5. Stable employment history.
6. Some knowledge of Caribbean & African cuisine is preferred.
