We are looking for a highly skilled chef de Partie with Chinese cuisine specialty to join our outstanding culinary team. The ideal candidate for this position will have a passion for culinary arts with an emphasis on pastry and will have been formally trained at an accredited culinary institution. Candidates must be able to work effectively in a team environment and have an understanding of minimizing food costs through effective practices. Prior supervisory experience in a kitchen environment is required. A culinary skills demonstration may be required.
