Boozehounds is seeking an experienced, motivated, and passionate Chef de Cuisine to join our culinary leadership team. Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, this position plays a key role in the daily operation, development, and overall integrity of our kitchen.

The Chef de Cuisine will work closely with the Executive Chef to lead the back-of-house team and maintain the culinary and operational standards of Boozehounds. Responsibilities include:
The ideal candidate has previous culinary leadership experience and understands that being a Chef de Cuisine is about more than cooking. We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their kitchen, develops their team, communicates effectively, and holds themselves and others accountable to high standards.
Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, a solid understanding of kitchen operations and food safety, the ability to lead in a fast-paced environment, and a genuine desire to teach and mentor others.

Ability to effectively present information, provide instructions and thoroughly answer questions in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization in English.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. Ability to efficiently use inventory, ordering & computer systems or applications, R365, Toast and Microsoft Office programs.
