Corner Table Restaurants in New York, NY is seeking a Chef de Cuisine to direct and maintain our culinary vision. You will oversee all kitchen teams, uphold food safety standards, and make final hiring decisions for the back of house.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years as an Executive Chef in high-volume, full-service settings, can develop a team of 3 salaried managers and 30+ cooks, and thrives in a collaborative, hospitality-driven culture.

The Position: Chef de Cuisine

• Direct and maintain Corner Table Restaurants culinary vision
• Oversee and direct all kitchen teams.
• Uphold the highest standards of food safety, foodhandling, and sanitation requirements to ensure the health and safety of staff and guests.
• Make all final hiring decisions for the back ofthe house.
• Ensure consistent execution of company policies.
• Manage labor and kitchen waste.
• Train values and maintain the integrity of the culture.

Location

The position is based in New York, NY

The base pay for this position is a salary range of $115,000-120,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on several factors, including but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
