Job summary

Weber Inc. seeks a Project Manager for Cheese Solutions to lead capital equipment projects, coordinate with Sales, Factory and customers, and ensure on-time, on-budget execution. This role requires strong leadership, engineering background, and 5+ years in food processing or related fields.

Travel up to 50% across North America and occasionally to Germany is expected. PMP is preferred, and proficiency with AutoCAD/SolidWorks and SAP is beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (electrical engineering preferred).
• Minimum 5 years of proven work experience in food processing or a closely related field.
• Will consider a combination of education and experience.
• PMP Certification Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Initiate, Plan, Execute, Monitor/Control and Close capital equipment projects.
• Direct activities of projects to ensure objectives are met within time and budget.
• Maintain constant communication with Customers, Sales, Factory and internal departments.
• Represent Weber, Inc. in customer project related meetings.
• Attend strategy meetings as a representative of the project department.
• Requisition equipment, supplies, materials from 3rd party vendors.
• Formulate reports on progress, costs, scheduling and related areas.
• Provide technical sales support including equipment selection and configuration.
• Duties as assigned.
