Job summary

Performance Foodservice, a PFG broadline distributor, seeks a Production Worker to join the production line. You will meet production and quality targets while maintaining a safe, clean work environment and adhering to food safety regulations.

Ideal candidates can stand all day, lift up to 40 pounds, and work in a warehouse setting; forklift certification is a plus. Training provided; opportunities to grow within a fast-paced foodservice operation.

Job Description:

The Production Worker position will perform the following duties:

• Meets and exceeds expected levels of production and quality
• Maintains safe and clean work environment
• Ensures compliance with food safety regulations for our production line
• Performs a variety of tasks related to our operation as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be able to lift 40 pounds
• Must be able to stand all day

Preferred qualifications:

• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to work in a cooler environment
• 6 months - 1 year experience in warehouse and/or production environment
• OSHA Forklift operator certificate
