Emmi Roth is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee the production department on the assigned shift, including packaging, cheese prep, and sanitation. You will supervise staff, train, and develop performance while driving improvements in safety, quality, and productivity.

You’ll help hire, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Join a team that values craftsmanship and innovation in cheese-making, with opportunities to impact efficiency and product quality across shifts.

Formación

• College degree or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment; food industry preferred.
• Proven ability to lead and/or supervise teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience utilizing an ERP system.

Responsabilidades

• Motivate and empower team to meet productivity, quality, waste, sanitation, and safety targets.
• Conduct interviewing, hiring, training, and performance evaluations; address issues.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to increase safety and reduce waste.
• Maintain high manufacturing quality standards and ensure all training is current.
• Track KPIs and collaborate across departments to resolve issues.
• Lead shift meetings and communicate goals and actions to teams.
• Forecast labor requirements and schedule staff per production plan using ERP.
• Collaborate with other department managers to reach plant goals.
• Administer time and attendance for assigned team members.
