Responsibilities

• Feed cheese onto production line for wrapping and packaging.
• Comply with GMP, SQF and safety rules.
• Set up and operate scales to weigh product for packaging.
• Pack cheese into boxes and stack on pallets.
• Inspect packaging seals and date codes for quality.
• Operate box erecting, sealing, and labeling equipment.
• Sanitize work area and equipment as needed.
