Job summary

Agropur is hiring a Cheese Plant Operator in Wisconsin. The role covers Brine Room, DMM, and RMC operations with a 2/2/3 night shift schedule (6pm–6am) and rotating duties. You will follow safety and quality guidelines, attend team meetings, and support sanitation and packaging activities.

Qualifications

• Regular full-time role in a cheese plant setting.
• Rotating duties among a team and adhering to safety/quality guidelines.
• Must attend scheduled team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Operate the Brine Room controls and CIP of Brine UF system.
• Fill brine cages, log vats, and record brine data accurately.
• Operate PLCs and ensure proper setup of pipes and fittings for production.
• Monitor cheese recipe, pH, and cheese condition during process.
• Assist with cheese rework and end-of-production cleanup and CIP.
• Keep equipment clean, sanitize, and maintain gaskets and hoses.
