Job summary

You will train line personnel, maintain equipment, perform quality checks, and record data in Maestro. Strong reading, computer, and organizational skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or 1–3 months related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and understand instructions.
• Proficient in use of the computer.
• Strong organizational, analytical problem solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all line activities to meet the production schedule.
• Train line personnel in packaging, paperwork and procedures.
• Set up, adjust, monitor and perform maintenance on packaging equipment.
• Record data and perform checks (leaker, weight, metal detector, oxygen).
• Ensure paperwork and system transactions are completed timely.
• Maintain sanitation and housekeeping of work areas.
• Report equipment malfunctions and coordinate with managers.
