You will perform CCP checks, collect samples, document results, and collaboratively meet production goals while maintaining GMPs and food safety. Full-time with training and cross-training opportunities offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks.
• Basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and record-keeping.
• Effective communication and teamwork.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen.
• Experience in production or packaging environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate bagging and packaging equipment according to procedures.
• Perform equipment cleaning and sanitation activities to maintain a clean-room-like environment.
• Conduct CCP checks and verify product quality standards.
• Collect product samples and accurately complete required documentation.
• Monitor equipment performance and promptly report operational issues.
• Handle and use approved cleaning compounds safely and effectively.
• Support facility-wide sanitation and housekeeping activities.
• Follow GMPs, food safety requirements, and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
• Cross-train in additional manufacturing processes as needed.
