Job summary

Glanbia is seeking a Cheese HCV Operator for its Cheese Production team in a state‑of‑the‑art facility. You will maintain recipes, run times, and daily logs, ensuring accurate data capture in HCV records and sanitation logs.

The role requires adherence to food safety regulations, proper CIP and wash procedures, and proactive defect detection in production lines. Training and teamwork with the Cheese Team Leader are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience with cheese production or similar food manufacturing.
• Ability to write routine reports and maintain logs.
• Familiarity with production records and log sheets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain recipes for the daily run and run time for each vat.
• Record data into HCV vat report, HCV log sheet, and sanitation logs.
• Ensure all ingredients are staged and in specification for use.
• Inspect vats after CIP and report findings to TL.
• Adhere to safety policies and food safety regulations.
