Job summary

Neighboring Food Co-op Association seeks a Cheese Buyer to curate and manage our cheese case and specialty charcuterie. You will source exceptional cheeses and cured meats, maintain a fresh and beautiful display, and guide customers with warmth and knowledge while building lasting relationships with makers behind the products.

The position offers a starting wage of $18–$20 per hour, depending on experience. Health stipend, PTO, and store discount are included as employee benefits.

The Cheese Buyer curates and manages one of the most beloved and distinctive categories in the store - our cheese case and specialty charcuterie selection. This role blends genuine product passion with the discipline of good buying: sourcing exceptional cheeses and cured meats, maintaining a fresh and beautiful case, guiding customers with warmth and knowledge, and building lasting relationships with the makers behind the product. $18-20 starting DOE.
