Job summary

Columbia High School is seeking a Winter Season Cheerleading Coach for the 26-27 term. The candidate must hold a New Jersey Instructional Certificate or Substitute Certification with Athletic Endorsement, and ACCA Certification, and bring prior cheerleading coaching experience.

The coach will report to the Director of Athletics and school administration, supervise squad members, run practices, and carry full coaching responsibilities for all scheduled games while maintaining strong interpersonal

Qualifications

• New Jersey Instructional Certificate or Substitute Certification with Athletic Endorsement, and ACCA Certification.
• Previous cheerleading coaching experience.
• Will be directly responsible to the Director of Athletics and school administration for the satisfactory performance of all coaching responsibilities.
• Will assume full coaching responsibilities at all scheduled games.
• Will assume the responsibility of supervising and administering the program during practice sessions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Required criminal history background check and proof of U.S. citizenship or legal resident/immigrant status
