BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic After-School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary-aged students in Fairfax County, VA. This part-time, after-school role offers 1.5-hour sessions, weekdays afternoons, and a chance to gain hands-on experience in youth development and coaching.

Curriculum and equipment are provided; no weekends and no lesson planning required. Flexible schedule supports college classes with potential advancement within BBA Afterschool.

Qualifications

• Experience participating in or teaching Cheer/Dance, gymnastics, or a related activity.
• Comfortable working with children in grades K through 5.
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Fairfax County.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting process.

Responsibilities

• Teach elementary students Cheer/Dance activities.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15 to 25 students.
• Encourage confidence, teamwork, physical activity, and participation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary-aged students in fun, structured enrichment programs throughout Fairfax County, VA.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students interested in education, coaching, youth development, kinesiology, exercise science, recreation, dance, or physical education. If you enjoy working with children and creating a positive, active learning environment, we#39;d love to hear from you.

We are currently hiring coaches to teach Cheer and Dance programs.

Position Details

• Part-time, after-school position

• Monday through Friday

• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

• 1.5-hour sessions

• $45 per session ($30 per hour)

• No weekends

• No lesson planning required

• Curriculum and equipment provided
