BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary-aged students in Centreville.

This part-time, after-school role offers 1.5-hour sessions between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, with curriculum and equipment provided. This is an excellent opportunity for college students interested in education, coaching, youth development, kinesiology, exercise science, recreation, dance, or physical education.

Qualifications

• Energetic and reliable after-school coach for Cheer/Dance.
• Experience working with children preferred but not required.
• Comfortable working with elementary students K–5.

Responsibilities

• Teach Cheer/Dance activities to elementary students.
• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans.
• Create a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
• Supervise groups of approximately 15–25 students.
• Encourage confidence, teamwork, physical activity, and participation.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and BBA leadership.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students interested in education, coaching, youth development, kinesiology, exercise science, recreation, dance, or physical education. If you enjoy working with children and creating a positive, active learning environment, we#39;d love to hear from you.

We are currently hiring coaches to teach Cheer and Dance programs.

Position Details

• Part-time, after-school position

• Monday through Friday

• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

• 1.5-hour sessions

• $45 per session ($30 per hour)

• No weekends

• No lesson planning required

• Curriculum and equipment provided
