Job summary

BBA Afterschool Inc in Reston, VA is hiring energetic After-School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary students in structured enrichment programs.

This part-time position runs Monday through Friday, 1:00 PM–5:00 PM, with 1.5-hour sessions. Curriculum and equipment are provided and weekends are not required. Ideal for students pursuing education, kinesiology, or dance, seeking hands-on youth coaching.

Qualifications

• Experience participating in or teaching Cheer/Dance, gymnastics, or a related activity is preferred but not required
• Comfortable working with children in grades K through 5
• Reliable transportation to schools throughout Alexandria
• Must successfully complete the required school district background check and fingerprinting process

• Follow BBA's structured curriculum and lesson plans

BBA Afterschool Inc. is hiring energetic and reliable After-School Coaches to teach Cheer and Dance to elementary-aged students in fun, structured enrichment programs throughout Reston.

This is an excellent opportunity for college students interested in education, coaching, youth development, kinesiology, exercise science, recreation, dance, or physical education. If you enjoy working with children and creating a positive, active learning environment, we#39;d love to hear from you.

We are currently hiring coaches to teach Cheer and Dance programs.

Position Details

• Part-time, after-school position

• Monday through Friday

• Between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM

• 1.5-hour sessions

• $45 per session ($30 per hour)

• No weekends

• No lesson planning required

• Curriculum and equipment provided
