Lead and develop the university's cheerleading program in a positive Christian manner, promoting school and team spirit and unity, athletic excellence, and serves as a positive representation of the University of Mary Hardin-Baylor. Responsible for assisting with cheer recruitment, member selection, scheduling and execution of cheer practices, cheering at athletic events, and other special events as requested or needed. Develop choreography, cheers, stunts, and to teach cheer routines. Prepares the cheer squad for performances at sporting events and competitions.
Must be able to work flexible hours, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. Work schedule will vary, not to exceed 26 hours (without supervisory approval) per designated workweek, which is Saturday through Friday. This is a part-time, 10-month position.
