Job summary

The University of Mary Hardin-Baylor in Belton, Texas seeks qualified Christian employees for this position. Assists in the design, implementation, and evaluation of the Acrobatic and Tumbling program, and performs related administrative duties including recruiting, travel planning, resource management, and media communications.

Minimum requirements include an active Christian faith, a preferred bachelor’s degree, at least one year coaching experience in acrobatics and tumbling, and proficiency

Qualifications

• Must be an active and committed Christian
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Minimum of one year coaching acrobatics and tumbling required
• Proficiency in NCATA, NCAA DIII and ASC rules and regulations required
• Professional NCATA membership required
• Basic computer competency and office equipment operation
• Effective oral and written communication skills
• Flexible work schedule including weekends and evenings
