Job summary

Athletes Global Corporation is seeking a Cheer & Hip Hop Instructor to lead an after-school enrichment program for elementary students. You will introduce basic cheerleading and hip hop to foster teamwork, confidence, creativity, and fitness in a fun, supportive setting.

The role is in person, runs from 11/23/2026 to 11/25/2026 on Mon-Wed, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, for ages 5-16. Candidates should bring energy, effective classroom management, and a passion for working with youth.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or performing cheer, hip hop, or dance (youth experience preferred).
• Ability to work with youth.
• High energy, patience, and strong classroom management skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional.
• Must be able to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate cheer and hip hop dance lessons.
• Teach basic choreography, rhythm, coordination, and movement skills.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere.
• Maintain student engagement and manage classroom behavior appropriately.
• Prepare simple routines that may be showcased at the end of the program.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators.
• Ensure student safety at all times.
