Athletes Global Corporation is seeking an energetic Cheer & Hip Hop Instructor to lead an after-school enrichment program for elementary students in Robinson, Texas. The role focuses on introducing basic cheerleading and hip hop dance, promoting teamwork, confidence, creativity, and physical fitness in a fun environment.

This in-person, part-time position requires experience with youth, strong classroom management, and reliable, professional behavior.

Qualifications

• Experience teaching cheer, hip hop, or dance to youth (preferred).
• Ability to work with elementary-aged children.
• High energy, patience, and strong classroom management skills.
• Must be able to pass required background checks.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate cheer and hip hop lessons for K–6 students.
• Teach basic choreography, rhythm, coordination, and movement skills.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere.
• Maintain student engagement and manage classroom behavior appropriately.
• Prepare simple routines for end-of-program showcases.
• Communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators.
• Ensure student safety at all times.

Position Overview

The instructor will introduce students to basic cheerleading and hip hop dance techniques while promoting teamwork, confidence, creativity, and physical fitness in a fun and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead age-appropriate cheer and hip hop dance lessons for K–6 students
• Teach basic choreography, rhythm, coordination, and movement skills
• Create a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning atmosphere
• Maintain student engagement and manage classroom behavior appropriately
• Prepare simple routines that may be showcased at the end of the program
• Communicate professionally with school staff and program coordinators
• Ensure student safety at all times

Qualifications

• Experience teaching or performing cheer, hip hop, or dance (youth experience preferred)
• Ability to work with elementary-aged children
• High energy, patience, and strong classroom management skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Must be able to pass required background checks

Preferred Skills

• Prior after-school or youth program instruction experience
• Ability to adapt instruction for mixed age and skill levels
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Schedule:Mondays and Wednesdays from 5pm to 6PM.
